AMERITOOL
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
This product is warranted by AMERITOOL, INC., to be free of defective material and
workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase by consumer. This Warranty
extends only to the original consumer-purchaser and to any other consumer who obtains the
product by gift. This Warranty does not cover damage from abuse, negligence, accidental
breakage, improper use or failure to exercise reasonable care and maintenance in
accordance with the care and use instructions accompanying the product. The unit,
excluding any diamond or sanding discs and / or saw blade, is warranted for one year.
Motor warranty is 90 days. If the product fails to conform with the Warranty, AMERITOOL,
INC., will, at its cost, repair or replace, at AMERITOOL’s option, the defective
material and workmanship. AMERITOOL makes no express warranty other than this warranty.
To obtain performance of the Warranty, the product must be returned, shipping charges
prepaid, to an authorized AMERITOOL dealer or the AMERITOOL Service Center at 915 Merchant
Street, Suite 3, Redding, CA 96002, within the one year warranty period. Contact the
Service Center or a local dealer for the location of the nearest Service Station. A letter
disclosing the defect, date of purchase and name of the dealer should be packed with the
product. No reimbursement will be made for shipping, insurance, packing or handling charge
involved in return of the product to the Service Center.
The consumer is responsible for return of the product properly packed and free of damage
in transit. AMERITOOL, therefore, recommends that the original carton and packing be used
and product be insured against shipping loss and damage.
If the product is returned to a Service Center after the Warranty period or if the
necessary repair or replacement is not covered by this Warranty, AMERITOOL will so advise
the consumer, and repairs will be made only upon the consumer’s approval.
